ENplus A1 Pellets – SURE (KZR)

ENplus A1 pellets produced exclusively from pure pine sawdust (Pinus) or spruce sawdust (Picea). The use of spotless wood shavings gives them exceptional quality, making them ideal for use in all types of devices designed for burning wood pellets. The sawdust used for production is fully debarked and comes from controlled, sustainable sources, resulting in low ash content, a light color, and optimal combustion parameters.
The advanced compression process ensures high mechanical durability of the pellets, eliminating the risk of dust formation during transport or handling. Importantly, no additives or binders are used in the production process, ensuring the highest purity and excellent product quality.

Industrial Wood Pellets - Industry – SURE (KZR)

Industrial wood pellets is a product made from a mix of sawdust and wood shavings. A specially developed production process ensures high density and effective net calorific value, providing flawless heat generation. It is an excellent alternative to conventional fuels in power plants, co-firing, cogeneration plants, and industrial heating.

Sunflower Pellets

Sunflower husk pellets is a by-product of dehulling sunflower seeds used in oil production or the bakery industry. It is an excellent alternative to conventional fuels in power plants, co-firing, cogeneration, and industrial heating.

Peanut Shell Pellets

Peanut shell pellets is made from the outer shells separated from peanuts during large-scale nut processing. Once pressed, the pellets exhibit properties very similar to wood pellets, making them an excellent alternative to fossil fuels.

Sugarcane Bagasse Pellets

Sugarcane bagasse is a by-product of sugar production. During this process, sugarcane is crushed to extract juice, leaving behind fibrous bagasse. The bagasse is then collected, dried, and ground into smaller particles. This material is pressed and formed into pellets, making sugarcane bagasse an excellent raw material for clients in biogas, professional energy, heat and heat generation sectors.

Cashew Nut Shells (CNS)

Cashew nut shells (CNS) are the remains after the shells are removed from the primary product, cashew nuts. Their physical and chemical properties make them an excellent substitute for fossil fuels. They are successfully used in co-firing processes in professional energy and other installations.

Palm Kernel Shells (PKS)

Palm kernel shells (PKS) are the hard outer shells of palm kernel fruits, a by-product of palm oil extraction. PKS is a dense, carbon-rich material used in biomass boilers, charcoal production, and as a raw material for activated carbon production. PKS is ideal for co-firing with other solid fuels like wood chips or coal, thanks to its uniform size, scalability and easy handling.

Crushed Cashew Nut Shells (CCNS)

Ground cashew nut shells (CCNS) are crushed shells after oil extraction from cashew nut shells (CNSL). Their physical and chemical properties make them a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels. Co-firing of ground cashew nut shells with wood chips, coal, and other solid fuels has been highly successful. For instance, when mixed with wood chips, their high energy value increases the total calorific value of the fuel mix, leading to greater efficiency and cost savings in energy production.

Olive Pits

Olive pits are a by-product of the olive oil extraction process. During this process, olives are crushed in mills and centrifuged to separate the oil from solid materials. The by-products include pits and pomace. The pits are screened, washed, and dried to produce finely ground pits with a grain size similar to rice. Their physical and chemical properties make them an excellent alternative for a wide range of clients in professional energy, heating, and process heat production sectors.

Olive Pomace

Olive pomace is a by-product of the olive oil extraction process. During this process, olives are crushed in mills and centrifuged to separate oil from solids. The remaining materials consist of pulp, skins, and fragments of pits left after the first oil extraction. The physical and chemical properties of olive pomace make it an excellent alternative to fossil fuels in the professional energy, heating, and heat generation industries.
